Will I receive notification when my camera arrives at your service centre?

Yes, when your camera arrives you will receive a confirmation email.


Can I drop my camera off at your service centre?

Yes between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday otherwise by appointment only.

We are situated in the heart of the Surrey Hills located at Dunsfold Aerodrome.


How long will my repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 5 working days of receiving the item.


Whats the best method of sending my repair to you?

We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or any method that is tracked and insured.


When are you open to drop off or pick up my camera?

We are open to the public between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (otherwise by appointment).


When you’ve fixed my camera when do I get it back?

We use a next working day courier which requires a signature so please provide an address where someone will be in. On the morning of the delivery you will receive an email with a one hour timeslot for delivery.


Do fixed price repair items include spares?

Yes some minor spares are included.


Does everything get a guarantee?

All repairs are covered under our 6 month guarantee unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately our CCD cleaning services is not covered under our 6 month guarantee.


What happens if you have to re-estimate?

In the rare occasions that we have to re-estimate and you choose not to proceed all we ask is that you cover the £10.00 + VAT return carriage. Alternatively we can dispose your item in accordance with WEEE regulations at no charge to you.


Do you send my camera away for repair?

99% of repairs are done in-house by our highly skilled technicians.
