Camcorder Service
Camcorder repairs fall outside of our fixed price service/repair system due to the complicity of the mechanisms within. There is a fixed price estimate for these units of £21.28 plus VAT £25 inclusive of VAT plus post and packing as applicable.This charge will be off-set against the cost of repair upon the estimate being accepted.
There are a number of differing faults that can all have the same symptoms so it is impossible to try to estimate a repair without inspection. As a guide only units that require repairs to the tape deck/head assemblies cost c. £110 plus p+p and VAT.Units that require only minor repairs start at c. £45 plus P+P plus VAT. Units that have suffered impact damage are generally than £110 guide priceWe regret that we are no longer able to offer a repair to the folowing camcorders as parts are no longer available.
